How SRF Systems handles information connected with this website and business enquiries.

Enquiry data
The form collects your name, company, work email, area of interest, operational problem and privacy acknowledgement. Role, approximate size, country or region and additional information are optional. Do not include passwords, special-category data or confidential client information.

Purpose
Enquiry data is used to assess fit, respond and, where requested, take steps before a potential engagement.

Delivery
Form data is sent server-side through a secured SRF Systems gateway and stored in the existing Supabase infrastructure so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The gateway authenticates the SRF Systems Vercel deployment before accepting data. A successful submission is confirmed only after persistent storage succeeds. Optional email or workflow notifications may be added as a secondary processing step.

Abuse prevention
A keyed hash derived from the request IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table. Attempts leave the active limit after one hour; records older than 24 hours are deleted when the limiter next runs. Hosting logs may separately process network information.

Analytics
When configured, limited PostHog page-view and page-leave events use autocapture off, memory-only persistence and no session recording. Hosting may also process technical logs.

Language and storage
Language versions use separate crawlable URLs. The website does not currently store a language preference in local storage. The current PostHog configuration uses memory-only persistence.

Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as reasonably needed and may be processed by hosting, email or workflow providers. SRF Systems does not sell personal data.
